We at MedicWave believe that collaboration with other research groups from different universities or hospitals is of key importance in order to create and provide state-of-the-art innovative bioinformatics tools. Together we will create the best tools available for processing mass spectrometry data.

We know how to develop professional state-of-the-art products. We offer to translate your code, whether it is Matlab, R, Java or any other computer language, into C++ and implement your algorithms and analysis methods into professional products.

In return, your algorithms and analysis methods will be easy-to-use, and you will no longer have to waste precious time by using Matlab, Excel or other time consuming tools. Your analysis process will be shortened down from days or even weeks to hours or even minutes.

MedicWave develops state-of-the-art algorithms for data mining and machine learning in collaboration with renowned researcher from around the world. These algorithms are implemented into our bioinformatics products and used for differential proteomics studies, quantification and validation of regulated proteins, and the discovery of biomarkers.
