MedicWave's Proteinmarker Detection Software™ (PDS™) specializes on analyzing high dimensional proteomics data, specifically spectra extracted from SELDI-ToF Mass Spectrometry instruments. Module 1 for PDS™ uses unique and robust algorithms to detect peaks in SELDI data, while module 2 performs "binning" in order to make the data homogenous. Modul3 for Data Mining is under development and will be available at the end of 2008. PDS™ version 2.1.6 is now available.
